Training Officer

Job Description

  • Responsible for coordination of training program for seasonal staff
  • Work as a member of a team of trainers who organize training activities under the supervision of the manager
  • Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile
  • Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate learning and retention
  • Compliance with company's practices and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Certificate in Business studies, Economics, HRM, Education or related field
  • Proficient English
  • Excellent MS Office skills
